We want to provide you with the best experience possible when using our webstore. The terms and conditions listed below are designed to help make your shopping experience on stlwm.org as easy as possible.

With this in mind, if you experience an issue or problem when using our store, and do not find the required information below, please let us know by email resources@stlwm.org and we will reply as soon as possible.

 

1. ORDERS & DELIVERY

Orders placed through StLwm.org/store are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Stl World Mission. Once an order has been confirmed, all aspects of the delivery, currency and payment arrangements are finalized and cannot be changed. Please check order details carefully prior to confirmation.

StL or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the street address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. Where items are not available you will be notified of this by StL as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by StL to be authorized to receive the goods.

Delivery time estimates
Currently we do not provide tracking for all destinations. However, we aim to fulfill confirmed orders in the following timeframes depending on stock availability.

  • Netherlands within 5 business days
  • Europe within 5 business days
  • All other destinations – 5 to 20 business days

Please note that delays can be experienced due to customs and or other variables, which is beyond our control and influence.

Import and tax duties
Although StL will deliver to most countries, for deliveries outside the Netherlands and the Europe, customers may be required to pay import custom duties / taxes. These import custom duties are set at the port of entry by a customs officer, and differ from country to country. Import custom duties / taxes are in addition to shipping costs paid to StL to cover freight. Import custom duties / taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend customers outside the Netherlands or Europe use this free Duty Calculator to estimate the likely import tax in your country. Generally, orders initiated from Europe will ship from Amsterdam, from Asia and Africa will ship from Hong Kong, from Oceania will ship from Sydney, from the North America will ship from Los Angeles.

Pricing
StL reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.

Shipping and Postage
StL is not responsible for delivery of orders if the delivery address supplied has been entered incorrectly or is the incorrect address. Please note, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you have changed address since placing your order, please notify StL by phone on or email resources@stlwm.org immediately. Additional freight and other charges for resent orders may apply. Postage is calculated based on weight, shipping destination, and packaging costs.

StL CONFERENCE – Click & Collect

When item is no longer available at Conference EXPO due to nil stock, Click & Collect team will be able to process shipping fee that enables order to be shipped to customer’s shipping address.

Customer will need to visit Click & Collect collection point to process this.

 

2. DIGITAL MEDIA DOWNLOADS

Digital Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase, and can be access multiple times from the download link contained in the confirmation email (for personal use) until the 30 day expiry.

For sheet music purchases, the following rights are granted:

  • Make one (1) copy of the sheet music solely for back-up purposes.
  • Print one (1) copy of the sheet music for your personal purposes.

For media purchases, the following rights are granted:

  • For media files (i.e. music, video or data files), your purchase grants you the following rights:
  • To have one (1) copy of the media file stored on a single hard drive for the purpose of back-up.
  • Reproduce the media file in other formats only for private and domestic use in accordance with provisions the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)

The following rights are not granted:

  • Reproduce further copies of the sheet music or media file in whole or in part.
  • Translate, enhance, modify, alter or adapt the sheet music and/or media file in any way or for any purpose.
  • Cause or permit any third party to translate, enhance, modify, alter or adapt the sheet music and/or media file in any way or for any purpose.
  • Sub-license, lease, lend, sell, rent, distribute or grant others any rights, or provide copies of the sheet music and/or media file to others.
  • Reproductions of the sheet music can be made for the purpose of church worship only with an existing CCLI license. For further information contact CCLI.

 

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Downloadable items cannot be refunded; however, if you experience an issue with your download (for example the link we provide does not work) we will supply a working link as soon possible.

StL will replace any defective product. In the case of an incorrect item being shipped, please contact us before you return the item as soon as possible or email us at resources@stlwm.org.

 

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

For each online order, you must pay:

– the applicable price for the relevant items confirmed by StL; and

– the delivery and handling fee specified on the web site at that time. Additional charges in the form of customs and/or taxes may be payable in your country upon receipt of goods.

Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. All personal and credit card information provided to StL is encoded using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

We can only accept payments using the methods stated in the shopping cart section of this web site.

We are unable to accept COD charges.

Payment must be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

Prices and range on this web site may vary from StL Resource Centers.

Please note, for international customers; we have been advised that customs through parts of the world (including South America) charge additional import duties on goods shipped to those locations. These costs are your sole responsibility and unfortunately StL Music The Netherlands cannot subsidize these costs. Please take the time to understand import duties in your country.

 

5. YOUR ACCOUNT

You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name (typically your email address) and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorized person. You agree to release and indemnify StL in connection with any use (whether authorized or unauthorized) of your user name or password. StL may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.

 

6. PRODUCT IMAGES & PICTURES

StL aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the resources on this web site. However, the picture of the resources may differ from the actual resources. We recommend you read the resource description carefully before finalizing your order.

 

7. PRIVACY

StL will comply with StL’s Privacy Statement. StL will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order. For more information on StL’s privacy policy, please refer to the Privacy Statement.

 

8. LIABILITY

Any liability of StL in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of StL be limited to:

  • in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
  • in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed. StL may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions. StL will endeavour to notify all customers of changes to terms & conditions each time you place an order.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

All purchases under this web site and these terms and conditions are subject to the European laws of, the Netherlands.

StL LICENSING PROGRAM

Terms & Conditions

 

You are agreeing to subscribe for a minimum of 12 months to the StL Licensing Program for Curriculum content. As this program is a licensing right to utilise the content, the ownership of all the content, both in intellectual property and in physical form resides with Send the Light Church Ltd (“StL”).

• StL agrees to send a digital copy of the curriculum’s facilitator’s handbook and more materials that are not subject to the terms and conditions

• Internet access required.

• Compatible with Mac or PC.

• You authorize StL to charge your credit/debit card the agreed amount at the time of successful application and thereafter at the start of each calendar month. You may cancel your StL Curriculum License at any time after twelve months with no penalty by contacting our Customer Service Team 02 789 0054 after which time you agree you will cease to utilize any of the content.

• Minimum Financial Commitment of the StL Curriculum License is equal to twelve months subscription.

• If you sign up to the Shine & Strength license or the Kids Curriculum License you agree to a payment of $50 per month which will be charged to your credit card at the beginning of each month. Total minimum cost is $600 per annum. The payment will appear as a charge from StL.

• If you sign up to the Ministry School license you agree to a payment of $100 per month which will be charged to your credit card at the beginning of each month. Total minimum cost is $1,200 per annum.

• Total annual cost for the complete subscription is $1,800 per annum

• Cancellation prior to twelve months subscription period will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the Minimum financial commitment (above) less subscription fees already paid.

• If at any time your credit/debit card charges are rejected by your financial institution, you will be contacted on the details you provide and your account may be suspended.

• As additional curriculum content materials become available for this program, you will be notified by email and the said content will be distributed to the current email address we have on file.

• These terms and conditions may change from time to time. The most up-to-date version of our terms and conditions will always apply.

• We review our subscriptions periodically and may change them from time to time. We will give you at least 28 days notice prior to any proposed change by emailing you at the email address we have on our records. If you do not wish to accept changes to your subscription, including price changes, you may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation policy below. If you do not cancel your membership your credit card payments will be amended accordingly from the date on which the change becomes effective.

• The license will continue as a renewable subscription until such time as you give 28 days notice of your intention to terminate the license (“Notice Period”). During the Notice Period, all materials, with the exception of the student handbooks, together with a copy of the termination notification email, will be returned to StL to the following address: Reply Paid 1195, StL, Po Box 233, 1110DC  Amsterdam. All notifications of intention to cancel should be sent via email to licensing@stlwm.org. Should StL not receive the materials in the form so described, your credit card will continue to be charged until such time as the materials and copy of email are received.

The following rights are not granted for Curriculum material:

  • Reproduce further copies of the curriculum or media file in whole or in part.
  • Translate, enhance, modify, alter or adapt the curriculum and/or media file in any way or for any purpose.
  • Cause or permit any third party to translate, enhance, modify, alter or adapt the curriculum and/or media file in any way or for any purpose.
  • Sub-license, lease, lend, sell, rent, distribute or grant others any rights, or provide copies of the curriculum and/or media file to others.
